Hydrobirthing is the first ever practical training program of it's kind.

The method was developed for those who feel that they need hands on learning where reading books, visualisations and breathing techniques are not enough to reassure you can get through the birthing process.

While women have been birthing for thousands of years, they haven't been doing it in hospitals with modern technology and medical procedures.

How long is the training

Training runs over 6 weeks.

The first two weeks are theory based where you learn about the body and the process of birth in week 1.

During week 2 you will learn about the straits to create awareness around the mind and how to improve your mind and body connection.

Weeks 3-6 you will incorporate practical training to develop the necessary skills to labour and deliver safely. This is the validation that women seek to know that they can manage the pain and intensity of birth to get through safely.

Your daily training session will range from 20 mins upto 70mins depending on where you are on your training journey. It is important to know that the skills developed from training will help manage fatigue and energy needed during delivery which can improve the time during active labour.
